To my fellow Brothers and Sisters of PCT

We have all gone our separate ways. We have gone back home due to the historic worldwide covid-19 pandemic; we have gone full time online at UC Riverside; we have traveled back home, and we have found new jobs. Our roads have taken us in headings we didn’t know were conceivable until they were occurring, yet something simply doesn’t feel right.

And that’s because we aren’t together.

We all stay at home with health order protecting our communities and from each other. It’s even harder to find new internships and opportunities like life changing study abroad or internships.

In my almost four years of college, I have never experienced anything like this.

Nothing I have ever been a part of feels like family. Furthermore, I have to thank all of you for making my home away from home so extraordinarily special. It was not too long ago about over one year ago that I joined this incredible group of people that I call my brothers and sisters. Through pledging, I felt that my class have taken lots of great knowledge and advice from our pledge moms and mentors. PCT has truly helped me develop the person I am today.

I am constantly improving different organization and I’m proud to be part of a fraternity that hold brotherhood, academics, and philanthropy as one of its main goals. Together, we all lift each other up and help one another.

I miss and love you all. Thank you for making my return this year what it was. You have set the bar extremely high for my future friends. I cannot wait to meet new brothers and sisters and be part of this amazing journey with all of you!

Stay safe and healthy everyone!

Daniel
